Caprice is a service enterprise in the area of travel companions.

Caprice offers to their customers female and male travel companions (Escorts) who accompany the customer on his trip.

The activity of the Escorts is performed on a part-time basis. She works voluntarily.

The parties understand that the company can also include erotic services. The performance of the erotice service is never an order or the only reason for the Escort to be there. The Escort always decides the manner in which services will be carried out.

Our service offer is given in Euro and is understood to include the legal value added tax. The offer assumes that the parties involved have come to an agreement about the essential contract components. This can happen by email or phone before the engagement. The offer of the contract language is German.

The payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties, is to be paid in cash before the beginning of the engagement. Money transfers, especially the deposit, are to be made to the account of Caprice-Escort. Timeliness of the payment is determined by Caprice. Caprice-Escort is entitled to delay or to completely cancel the contract if the agreed upon payments are not paid on time.

Compensation claims are not discussed. In addition to the agreed fee, Caprice-Escort may also charge for substitutes or loss of time

Caprice Escort takes particular care in the making sure the companions are safe and secure. For this reason, the customer is obliged to disclose, by request of the agency or the Escort, his personal details in suitable form (i.e., the presentation of a passport or driver’s license) before the performance of the service.

If the customer refuses to disclose this information, Caprice is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the customer has already incurred the expenses totaling at least 30% of the agreed fee. Any personal expenditures on the part of the customer will not be refunded by Caprice.

Caprice takes extreme care in the handling of the personal data and confidentiality of the customer and will not pass this information to any third parties, except in the case of punishable actions on the part of the customer.

Cancellation by the customer

In case of a contract resignation up to one day before claim of our accompanying service no costs are incrred by you. Already made deposits are refunded.

If the contract is cancelled within 24 hours before the engagement, the deposit is non-refundable as a cost has already been incurred by Caprice. Should travel expenses have already been incurred, they will not be refunded. Caprice tries hard to make sure that flight and rail tickets not be wasted.

Cancellation by Caprice Escort

Caprice Escort tries to ensure the fulfillment of the agreed contract to the best of its ability and to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.

In the case that the booked Escort is unable to perform the agreed services, i.e., illness, accident, or other serious incidents, Caprice will suggest a substitute Escort. The customer has the right to reject this subsitution. In this case, if no costs have resulted, then no direct claims will be made.

Caprice Escort and every Escort can withdraw from the performance of a service if the service is dangerous to either the customer or the Escort. This concerns cases such as drunkenness (alcohol or drugs), power intimidation, not agreed upon services or a neglected appearance. If the customer changes the agreed meeting place of the service (hotel) without consulting the agency, if a delay of more than 30 minutes is made, if demanded payments were not paid, if the customer has booked the companion for only sexual services and has deceived the agency of his true intentions, the customer will not be reimbursed by Caprice Escort. Caprice Escort reserves the right to assert its own compensation claims in regard to resulting travel costs, fees, communication charges and other costs such as advertisement and treatment.

In case of that the customer has already made a deposit we withhold this deposit as a substitute of our expenditures.

Caprice Escort can withdraw at anytime based onthe influence of a higher power. The customer is also entitled to this right. In extreme cases, such as natural phenomena, terrorist attacks, etc, a higher power will prevail.

Caprice Escort will refund any deposits immediately to the customer, however they are entitled an adequate compensation for services rendered up to that point in time.

If the customer is not satisfied with the services of Caprice, they will do what they are able to in order to right the situation. Because the services are of a personal nature with subjective factors, the customer is entitled to reject the offered service. In this case, he simply will inform Caprice-Escort immediately. Caprice-Escort may then offer a substitute.

Nevertheless, already paid travel expenses and other incurred costs will not be refunded. Objections after the service has been performed are not allowed and cannot lead to damages claims on the part of the customer.

Caprice-Escort guarantees a trusting, discreet and serious cooperation. The legal regulations regarding data protection are strictly observed. The revealing of information and data will only be made after explicit approval. The private sphere of the customer is protected and taken care of as a responsible businessman
