With a travel company beyond a radius of 100 km you pay within Germany the journey costs (road or flight ticket) as well as 150,00 euro of expenditure-all-inclusive; beyond Germany the expenditure-all-inclusive on 200,00 euro increases.

In case of a contract resignation to one day before claim of our accompanying service no costs originate to you. Already performed deposits are refunded. If the contract is cancelled up to 24 hours before the achievement beginning, the deposit remains as an expenditure compensation with Caprice-Escort and in case of a later claim of our service this performed deposit on the whole fee is credited. Should travel expenses already have resulted, these are not refunded. Caprice-Escort tries hard of course not to return taken up flight and road tickets

Stornierung durch Caprice Escort

Caprice Escort ist bemüht, die vereinbarte vertragliche Leistung nach bestem Willen und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit des Kunden zu erfüllen.

Im Fall, dass der gebuchte Escort aus wichtigem Grund – Krankheit, Unfall, wichtige familiäre Hindernisse (Krankheit oder Tod eines Angehörigen) – den Termin nicht wahrnehmen kann, wird Caprice Escort den Umständen entsprechend einen Ersatzescort vorschlagen. Der Kunde hat das Recht diesen Ersatz abzulehnen. In diesem Fall erlöschen sämtliche gegenseitigen Ansprüche auf die eigentliche Leistung, das heißt, dass der Kunde keine Ersatzansprüche an Caprice Escort richten kann, auch dann nicht, wenn z. B. Flugkosten, Zimmerreservierungen oder andere Kosten angefallen sind.

Caprice Escort und jeder Escort selbst kann ohne Einhaltung einer Frist von der Dienstleistung zurücktreten, wenn die Erbringung der Dienstleistung nachhaltig durch den Kunden gestört wird. Das betrifft vor allem Fälle wie Trunkenheit durch Alkohol oder Drogen, Gewalt, Erzwingung nicht vereinbarter Leistungen und ein ungepflegtes Äußeres. Das Gleiche trifft zu, wenn der Kunde sich in starkem Maße vertragswidrig verhält. Hier insbesondere wenn er den vereinbarten Treffpunkt oder den vereinbarten Ort der Dienstleistung (Hotel) ohne Rücksprache mit der Agentur wechselt, wenn eine Verspätung von mehr als 30 Minuten vorliegt, wenn geforderte Zahlungen durch den Kunden nicht fristgerecht geleistet wurden.

In diesen Fällen hat der Kunde gegenüber Caprice Escort keinerlei Schadensersatzforderungen. Caprice Escort behält sich vor, im Falle, dass der Kunde bereits eine Anzahlung geleistet hat, diese Anzahlung als Ersatz eigener Aufwendungen einzubehalten.

Caprice Escort kann jederzeit wegen Hinderung der Dienstleistung aufgrund von Einflüssen von höherer Gewalt vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Dieses Recht steht auch dem Kunden zu. Zu Fällen der höheren Gewalt gehören hier insbesondere Streiks, Naturereignisse, Terroranschläge, Kriegshandlungen usw.

Caprice Escort zahlt etwaig geleistete Anzahlungen unverzüglich an den Kunden zurück, ist jedoch berechtigt, für die erbrachten oder noch zwingend zu erbringenden Dienstleistungen eine angemessene Entschädigung zu verlangen.

Payment terms

The Escort is entitled to the collection. Divergent payment terms are to be agreed only with Caprice-Escort and obligingly.
